Gum is a hardwood and when burned correctly produces unmatched heat and burn time, it is perfect to slow a fire down while maintaining high heat output and is great to use for overnight burning, our gum firewood may be a combination of blue gum and red gum.
We recommend using softwood such as pine or medium wood such as macrocarpa to create a hot base for gum to burn at its full potential.
Minimum order two cubic metres,
Wood is cut to approximately 30cm,
Please note - wood is wet and needs to be stored undercover in a well-ventilated area after delivery.
